We are now offering our original Visual Basic 6.0 Source Code. You can modify and recompile your own version. Add features, re-arrange the layout. Anything you want. You can even sell your own compiled version. Purchase source code for individual products or the combo of all our available source code below. We will also include the documentation that we used to create the software including our notes and reference materials.

DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

BlackBagSoftware hereby grants the end purchaser of this source code the right to modify and compile their own custom version for the purpose of personal use or distirbution to the public. You may give the final version of your software away or you can charge for it. You will not owe us any royalties beyond the original purchase price for the code download per this license agreement. You must remove all references to BlackBagSoftware from your version of the final software. You cannot claim the software as your original creation. You cannot copyright our source code. You must include on your website a link to our site with acknowlegement similar to "This product is based on the original work of BlackBagSoftware at www.blackbagsoftware.com License Number UXXXXXXX " You may only distribute a compiled program and not the source code.
We will gladly add your link to our website if you would email a request once your website is offering your version of our software.
No technical support is included. We provide the source and documentation as-is, with no support and no guarantee that it is fit for any particular purpose. Due to the nature of the product we cannot offer any refunds. The product is sold AS-IS. The source requires Visual Basic 6 to compile. Before your software is listed for sale or is made available free or as shareware or by any other distribution means you must register by emailing with your site url and order number(from your confirmation email). You must also include the order number with the above link to our website to identify your license. Any website offering derivative software without registering will be offering unauthorized versions of our software and will be in violation of the license agreement which constitutes a crime.

EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL AND CERTAIN OTHER DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Software Distributor or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or confidential or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy, for failure to meet any duty including of good faith or of reasonable care, for negligence, and for any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the provision of or failure to provide Support Services, or otherwise under or in connection with any provision of this EULA, even in the event of the fault, tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty of Software Distributor or any supplier, and even if Software Distributor or any supplier is aware of the possibility of such damages.

We will also include Palm OS source for Appforge with the BC245 and BC780 code. Appforge is an addon application for Visual Basic that allows the easy programming of VB programs for Palm OS, Pocket PC and other products.
